Teltonika have announced that they will soon be manufacturing the RUT900 which is the 3G version of the Teltonika RUT950 4G Dual SIM M2M Router.
The Teltonika RUT900 3G Router will use the same casing as the RUT950 and will include the DIN Rail mounting kit and the firmware and features will be the same – the only difference is that the RUT900 will use a 3G Module inside whereas the RUT950 uses a 4G Module.
Teltonika also announced that this will mean that the RUT500 3G router will be discontinued in favour of the new RUT900 3G Router which offers an advanced feature set and also includes the dual SIM failover making ideal for M2M projects for remote management and monitoring with the advantage of a lower price and of course with many M2M projects will only using 3G M2M Data SIM cards because of the lower rental and data costs the RUT900 3G router will provide a stable and low cost solution for mobile broadband Internet connectivity. This new RUT900 router will be similar to the Elins H900 4G Router.
